Participants shall complete the full registration and accept terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Event is a virtual, internet based conference, which may be reached from any country Participants may reside.
Event’s date means the exact date of the Event as set out in the Confirmation.
Platform means the operating system environment on which the Event is held on.
Dare to change Ltd. is the owner of the intellectual property rights relating to the Event. Dare to change Ltd. may grant written permission to Participants and other third parties to use these intellectual property rights in such manner as Dare to change Ltd. may direct.
Dare to change Ltd. can limit the number of tickets Participants can request.
To attend the Event we do not provide physical or electronic tickets as registration is confirmed by e-mail and provides access to only one person.
Registration and ticket order
After registration two emails must be recieved: one order confirmation from office@dtcsolution.org and one payment details from szamlazz.hu invoicing system. Please contact us at office@dtcsolution.org if you haven’t received them.
Payment
by bank transfer
We send you an automatic email and it includes the charge request.
by credit card
We send you an automatic email, and by following the link you can go to credit card payment.
Invoicing
Before 1st April
In 8 days after payment, deposit invoice is issued and sent out to the email address you gave at the registration.
Due to Hungarian tax law we don’ issue a so called zero final invoice.
After 1st April
In 8 days after payment, invoice is issued and sent out to the email address you gave at the registration.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please do so in 8 days after registration. In other cases charge request must be paid. Contact us at office@dtcsolution.org.
Dare to change Ltd. is allowed to refuse or deny any registration or to access to the Event. Participants are not able to claim any compensation for damage or loss that this may cause them.
Dare to change Ltd. retains the right to cancel or postpone the Event (Live date) and to change the Platform, therefore the Participants are not able to claim any compensation for damage or loss that this may cause them.
