I am Fogi, I have been working at BAT for 12 years. During this time, I worked in local, regional and global projects, in Comp&B, HRBP and Talent Management. I worked in our offices in Hamburg and Copenhagen, I currently report to our headquarters in London and support all our markets in the field of Employer Branding strategy. I often start my day with Indonesia, continue with Germany and end with Argentina. I am responsible for our EVP, the content of our global career page, and strategic collaborations with platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor. In 2015, I came into closer contact with employer branding for the first time, and since then I have continued this passion in all positions. My most important "position" above all of this is that I am the father of 9-month-old Áron.
